Nonstop Talent · Trusted Introductions

Who came to mind?

You may know a technology leader carrying a hiring problem that has become difficult to solve.

Make a warm introduction. Jess will handle the conversation carefully and only with their permission.

Protect the relationship

Your reputation comes first.

A name is not the value. The trust behind the introduction is.

You are lending some of the trust you have already built with that person. Nonstop Talent will treat it accordingly.

Nonstop Talent will not contact the person unless you introduce us or confirm that they have authorised the contact.

How it works

A simple introduction. A controlled process.

01

Tell us who came to mind

Share who they are, where they work and why a conversation may be useful.

02

Choose how to introduce us

Make the introduction yourself, ask Jess to draft it, or talk with Jess first.

03

Nonstop Talent assesses it

Jess checks that the introduction is new, authorised and commercially relevant. Accepted introductions are confirmed in writing.

04

Real outcomes unlock the reward

A reward becomes available only when defined commercial milestones are achieved and the relevant client payments have cleared.

Submitting a form, sharing a name, arranging a meeting or starting a placement does not by itself create a Reward entitlement.

Someone already in mind? Start with the situation. You do not need to provide private contact details.

Reward real commercial value

How the reward grows.

The reward grows only when the accepted introduction creates a genuine company relationship and successful technology placements.

Company-based period

The 12-month reward period follows the company relationship, not one hiring manager.

It begins when the named company accepts Nonstop Talent’s applicable client service terms after the referral. Where valid terms already existed, it begins when the first qualifying post-referral search instruction is accepted in writing.

Technology placements across hiring managers and business units within that named legal entity may qualify unless the written Referral Confirmation records a narrower scope. Each qualifying candidate or contractor must start during the 12-month period.

When does the NZD $250 become payable?

When the accepted introduction becomes a Qualifying Search, reaches the Stage One milestone and the required client payment has been received. Where no upfront client payment applies, the NZD $250 is deferred until the first Eligible Placement reaches Stage Two and the related client payment has cleared.

When does a permanent placement qualify?

The candidate must start during the 12-month Referral Reward Period, remain employed through the applicable guarantee period, and generate a fully paid placement fee with no outstanding refund, credit or dispute.

When does a contractor placement qualify?

The contractor must start during the 12-month Referral Reward Period, complete at least 12 Paid Weeks and 480 approved hours, and have all 480 hours invoiced and fully paid by the client.

What happens if someone starts near the end of the 12 months?

The later permanent guarantee or contractor-hours milestone may be completed after the 12-month start window, but every condition must be satisfied by the Longstop Date in the full Terms.

What qualifies

A trusted introduction creates access, not merely information.

A referral may qualify when

  • It is a genuine, authorised warm introduction.
  • It creates genuinely new access to the named company.
  • It produces an exclusive, retained or protected technology search.

It does not qualify merely because someone

  • Sends a vacancy, name or contact detail.
  • Supplies public, purchased or scraped information.
  • Adds Nonstop Talent to an unrestricted multi-agency search.

Unsure whether it qualifies? Share the situation for assessment without providing private contact information.

Common questions

The useful detail, without the legal maze.

The full Terms govern every referral. These answers explain the practical shape of the programme.

Does every introduction qualify for a reward?

No. It must be authorised, genuinely new, accepted by Nonstop Talent in writing, activated within the applicable period and lead to the required commercial outcomes.

What if the organisation already knows Nonstop Talent?

A current client or active opportunity will not normally qualify. A dormant relationship may qualify where the introduction genuinely reopens it, but Nonstop Talent must accept that referral in writing.

What if other recruiters are already involved?

The introduction may still qualify if the company gives Nonstop Talent a protected and commercially meaningful Priority Recovery Search. An invitation to join an unrestricted agency list is not enough.

When does the 12-month reward period begin?

It begins when the named company accepts Nonstop Talent’s applicable client service terms after the referral. Where valid terms already existed, it begins when the first qualifying post-referral search instruction is accepted in writing. A historical terms date cannot backdate the period.

Can I receive a reward if I work for or advise the organisation?

No. People connected to or able to influence hiring, procurement, vendor selection or supplier recommendations for the organisation cannot receive a cash payment, business credit, charity donation or substitute benefit. They may still make an introduction.

One useful conversation

Someone came to mind for a reason.

You do not need to know whether they are ready to hire. Start with why you believe a conversation may be useful. Jess will help determine the appropriate next step.
