Confidential candidate registration

Show us what you can deliver, not only the titles on your CV.

We represent a small number of candidates carefully. This registration asks about the work you can deliver, the opportunities you would genuinely consider and the professional referees who can verify your evidence.

Before you begin

Have three things ready.

We ask more than a typical registration form because evidence and reference quality are part of how we decide who to interview.

01

Allow 10–12 minutes

The form is selective by design. It helps us decide whether there is a relevant reason to continue.

02

Choose two professional referees

Select people who directly observed your responsibilities, decisions or delivery.

03

Have your current CV ready

You will upload your CV directly inside the registration form before submitting.

Candidate registration form

Add your WPForms block directly below this section. Your registration is complete once the form and your CV upload have been submitted successfully.

Tell us how to reach you and how your details should appear when we represent you to employers.

2. What you are considering

Include the role title, capability area or type of work you are interested in.
What type of engagement would you consider?
What working arrangements would you consider?

Include your notice period or earliest available date.
Consider location, travel, working arrangements, industry, responsibilities, salary or contract terms.
Are you currently interviewing or involved in another recruitment process?
For example: Recruiter discussion; First interview; Final interview; Reference checks; Offer stage

3. Evidence of your experience

Tell us the problems people rely on you to solve, the responsibilities you are trusted to own and the work where you create the most value.
Please cover four points: The problem: What needed to change? Your ownership: What were you personally responsible for? Your action: What did you decide, change or deliver? The result: What measurable or observable outcome followed?
Describe the work you want to own, the environment where you perform best and what you would like your next role to help you achieve.

4. Professional References

Please share two professional references who can speak to your work. We will only contact them after a verbal offer has been made or when you have given clear permission.

Why we ask for references now

References are part of the evidence, not a final administrative step.

We do not decide who to interview from a CV alone. Two relevant professional referees help us understand whether the work described can be independently verified.

Providing their details does not give us permission to contact them immediately. We confirm with you before conducting a reference check.

1
Direct observation

They directly managed, reviewed or received your work.

2
Relevant evidence

They can discuss specific responsibilities, decisions or results.

3
Professional credibility

They can fairly assess how you worked and what you delivered.

What happens next

Registration starts the assessment. It does not send your CV anywhere.

STEP 1

Submit your form and CV

Your CV is uploaded directly inside the registration form, so everything arrives together.

STEP 2

We review the evidence

We assess your experience, preferences, availability and the quality of the references supplied.

STEP 3

You decide on each opportunity

We explain the role and request permission before sending your information to an employer.

Candidate control

Your information stays under your control.

Registering does not give Nonstop Talent blanket authority to represent you. Permission is requested separately for each named employer and role.
