Submit your weekly timesheet

Please complete your weekly hours by Monday morning. Once submitted, your timesheet will be sent directly to the client approver, with you and Nonstop Talent payroll included in the approval trail.

Before you submit

Enter your start time, finish time, break time, and total hours for each day worked.

The total hours field should show your actual paid hours after breaks.

Standard weekly hours: 40 hours

Any hours above 40 must be pre-approved by the client. If you worked additional hours, please include who approved them and when.

How approval works

The client approver receives the timesheet by email.

The client replies all with “Approved” if the hours are correct.

Nonstop Talent payroll uses the approval trail for payroll and invoicing.

How to fill in your hours

If you worked from 8:00am to 7:00pm but had 2 hours of breaks, your total hours for that day should be 9.
If you did not work on a day, enter 0 in the total hours field for that day.
Please check your weekly total before submitting. This is the number sent to the client for approval.
If anything unusual happened this week, add a short note before submitting.
